1/ How does the product work?
Profade’s system is composed of 3 distinct lotions that penetrate the skin and work by attacking the ink of the tattoo.
You should use Profade twice a day all the days of the week, until you finish the treatment.

2/ Doubts regarding payment and shipping methods
The products are sent from our offices in Holland the very same day your order is processed so it willtake 2-5 working days if the delivery is made through UPS and 5-15 if you use TNT. As you can see, we use prestigious shipping companies to deliver the product to you as fast as possible.
Our payment methods are through credit card (Click&Buy) and bank transfer.
3/ Are there any secondary effects?
You should take precautions if you are in any of the following situations: if you are taking any medications, are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your physician before using this product. Moreover, you should check that you are not allergic to any ingredient of the formula and that you are not suffering from hypersensitivity. If you suffer any illness or medical condition, consult your doctor.

4/ Can I use Profade on my face?
Yes. You can use our product on your face, but never on lips or eyes.
5/ Can I sun bath while using Profade?
Yes. You may expose the treated zones of Profade to the sun. In the case you experience any type of reaction, apply sunscreen. You must realize that Profade is not waterproof. As a result, if you become wet, apply another layer.
6/ Are you having problems with your order?
UPS: If you chose the option UPS, you can track the status of your order through a code known as tracking number, which you will be given from our offices in the Netherlands once your order leaves our warehouse.
TNT: If you choose delivery by TNT and you encounter any incidence, you must notify us via email to info@profade.com and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
